If you think that the title, "Finally!" means that we are up and running and continuing with the journey, think again. What it means is that finally something happens... BMW RA arranges for a tow truck to come by in the evening to load the bike on a flatbed. They'll leave early tomorrow morning for Monaco.

I might possess that will land me a second job back home to pay for the tow to Monaco...
We've checked in and out of the Hotel Alizees three times now. Every day we've thought we were ready to leave, but were disappointed to discover something that makes us wait another day here. One night, we check back in fairly late and were only given a "barn" room to sleep in for the night. There are no windows or ventilation in this room, so we have to keep the door open to let some cool air in during the night. I had to sleep with one eye open. Not because of thieves, but because of the stray cats that are wandering around the area. I'm deathly allergic and the last thing I need is to wake up in the morning with a cat on my face.
