Cliffs of In-Sani-ty
The Sani Pass is a steep mess of loose rock and rubble, seemingly aimed up at the sky. Our wheels slip and slide, any one mistake threatening to send us over the edge - over 1000m into nothingness. I barely made it to the summit where I parked the bike and waited for Neda to catch up. But I couldn't see past the last switchback. I waited. And waited. And waited...]]>

Back On Two Wheels in South-East Asia!
Off the line I'm redlining it in every gear: Brp-Braaaap-BRAAAAAAAP! Sounds like it's gonna blow up! Mentally, I'm calculating: 6th gear times a million revs a minute... must be at least 150km/h! I glance down at the speedo to confirm: 80 km/h...]]>

The food vendor paddled back to the main marketplace, her oar dipped into the water on one side, then up and over to the other side, dripping dirty canal water onto the open food in front of her. The road carves a narrow path alongside the steep face of the mountain.
